SashSense pilot inquiries
When you submit a SashSense pilot inquiry, MSA stores your name, email address, message, and any organization or hood count you provide. The MSA owner and the teammate assigned to the inquiry can review those details in a private worklist and use them to follow up with you. The form shows a reference when MSA receives your inquiry. To recognize a retry after an interrupted submission, the browser tab temporarily keeps a random identifier and a fingerprint of the form entries.
Other inquiries by email
For other inquiry types, the contact page helps you draft an email. Your name, organization, email address, selected inquiry type, and message are used in your browser to create a preview and an email link. Preparing or copying an inquiry does not send it to MSA.
The composer does not save your entries in cookies or browser storage, and it makes no network requests with those entries. If you choose “Copy inquiry,” the text is copied to your device's clipboard when your browser permits it. If you choose “Open in email app,” your email app handles the draft. You choose whether to send it.
Orders and invoices
When you place an order, MSA saves the customer details, quantity, optional notes, and permission to follow up in private order storage. Staff may create an invoice with customer details, line items, dates, and payment records. These records are separate from historical preorder records.
Private invoice and order links grant access to anyone who has the complete link. Share them only with the intended recipient. Links can expire or be revoked. Invoice pages do not collect bank credentials or initiate bank debits. Customer payment reports remain pending until staff verifies receipt.
To safely retry interrupted submissions, these pages temporarily retain the pending request in this browser tab’s session storage. The tab also retains your order receipt and private order link. These details remain in the tab’s session storage; browser session restoration may retain them after a tab is closed. Clear this site’s browser data after using a shared device. Private customer-access, order, invoice and administration pages do not include site analytics.
When website email is enabled, MSA sends private order or invoice links to the email address on the customer record through its server and Migadu business email service. Delivery records include status and a provider message reference to manage failed or repeated sends. These messages concern the order or invoice and do not subscribe you to marketing. A message accepted by the email service is not proof of inbox receipt.
To limit automated orders, MSA counts recent submissions using a short-lived request reference and a hash of the network address. The website clears expired reservations when it processes new order requests.
Customer email sign-in
You can request a private sign-in link by email to view records assigned to that address. The link expires after 15 minutes and can be used once. After you continue, a necessary, protected session cookie keeps you signed in for up to 24 hours. Sign out when you are finished, especially on a shared device.
MSA stores sign-in request and session records to verify access, prevent repeated sends and limit abuse. These records include your email address, timestamps, delivery status and hashes of access tokens and the requesting network address. The original sign-in and session tokens are not stored in the website database. Sign-in emails are sent through MSA’s server and Migadu. An interrupted sign-in request may remain in this tab’s session storage so it can be retried safely; it contains the entered email and request reference, not the sign-in token.
Customer sign-in does not create a marketing subscription or grant access to MSA administration. Unissued invoice drafts and internal notes stay private. Your existing private order and invoice links remain available subject to their expiry and revocation.
Legacy preorder records
Previously submitted preorder details remain in their original private storage. They are not automatically converted into orders or invoices. Their original contact permission does not subscribe anyone to marketing.
Information we receive
When you send us an email, we receive the information you include, such as your name, organization, email address, inquiry type, and message. We use it to respond, evaluate whether an engagement is a fit, and maintain our correspondence.

Website technology and service providers
We use Cloudflare to host and protect this website. Cloudflare Web Analytics measures page visits and loading performance. It does not track visitors across websites. You can read more about Cloudflare's analytics data collection and its privacy policy.
We do not use advertising trackers. The inquiry composer does not use a form processing service or send your entries to analytics. Hosting and security services may process technical information needed to deliver and protect the site. Email that you choose to send is handled by your email provider and our business email service.
How long we keep correspondence
Inquiry correspondence and preorder contact records are retained for two years from our last related correspondence with you, after which they are deleted. Records relating to an engagement are retained under our engagement terms and applicable professional and legal requirements.
Sharing materials safely
Please do not include financial records, account credentials, or sensitive personal information in an initial inquiry or ordinary email. Once an engagement is scoped, we will agree on an appropriate way to exchange materials.
