The inquiry composer

The contact page helps you draft an email. Your name, organization, email address, selected inquiry type, and message are used in your browser to create a preview and an email link. Preparing or copying an inquiry does not send it to MSA.

The composer does not save your entries in cookies or browser storage, and it makes no network requests with those entries. If you choose “Copy inquiry,” the text is copied to your device's clipboard when your browser permits it. If you choose “Open in email app,” your email app handles the draft. You choose whether to send it.

Information we receive

When you send us an email, we receive the information you include, such as your name, organization, email address, inquiry type, and message. We use it to respond, evaluate whether an engagement is a fit, and maintain our correspondence.

We do not use inquiry information for advertising, and we do not sell, rent, or trade it.

Website technology and service providers

We use Cloudflare to host and protect this website. Cloudflare Web Analytics measures page visits and loading performance. It does not track visitors across websites. You can read more about Cloudflare's analytics data collection and its privacy policy.

We do not use advertising trackers. The inquiry composer does not use a form processing service or send your entries to analytics. Hosting and security services may process technical information needed to deliver and protect the site. Email that you choose to send is handled by your email provider and our business email service.

How long we keep correspondence

Inquiry correspondence is retained for two years from our last correspondence with you, after which it is deleted. Records relating to an engagement are retained under our engagement terms and applicable professional and legal requirements.

Sharing materials safely

Please do not include financial records, account credentials, or sensitive personal information in an initial inquiry or ordinary email. Once an engagement is scoped, we will agree on an appropriate way to exchange materials.

Your choices

You may ask what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it by emailing contact@mosherpa.org. We will respond within 24 hours.

You can contact us directly by email without using the inquiry composer.

Children

This site is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.

Changes to this notice

We will update this notice when our practices change and revise the date above.
