01 / UW SEAL research

Fume Hood Energy
Efficiency Initiative

Making laboratory energy use more visible through connected sensing and environmental data.

From sensing to useful data.

FHEEI brings together embedded devices, environmental measurements, telemetry, and a shared view of laboratory activity.

Mo serves as the project’s day-to-day manager and a technical contributor. His work includes adapting sensing firmware on an inherited platform, coordinating technical work, and developing project plans and reporting.

Firmware, system architecture, technical reports, and delivery plans

Connected hardware

Sensor integration and embedded firmware connect physical measurements to a data workflow that can be inspected.

Coordinated delivery

Technical plans, contribution records, and reviewable reporting help a multi-person research effort move forward.

Shared work, clear credit

FHEEI builds on contributions from SEAL, AngmarTek, and other collaborators. Mo’s contribution is presented within that shared work.

Faculty support

Working with
UW SEAL.

Our connection to the Sensors, Energy, and Automation Laboratory is grounded in ongoing research work.

Professor Alexander Mamishev, SEAL’s Director, has signed a letter supporting MSA’s evaluation for future FHEEI sensing, firmware, data infrastructure, research, and technical support.

FHEEI and RadGuard reflect Mo’s research contributions at UW SEAL. The letter supports consideration of a prospective MSA role in FHEEI.

02 / Radiation-risk AI research

RadGuard

Making AI behavior inspectable through original sources, repeatable evaluation, and a record of what worked and what failed.

Mo’s contribution

Mo leads UW research work spanning embedded AI, source retrieval, reproducible benchmarks, and response review. The engineering work preserves first attempts, links responses to source passages, and makes evaluation results easier for researchers to inspect.

A research demonstration

The interface below shows a saved, synthetic scenario from an August 2026 demonstration. It illustrates the review workflow; its figures are historical demonstration values. The work remains research-stage and is not an operational radiation-safety system.

03 / MSA’s internal delivery system

Evidence Frame

A coordinated document system that carries the same care from the first proposal through the final handoff.

editable master templates

DocumentsWorkbooksPresentations

Designed for the person using it next.

MSA developed a library of reports, proposals, working spreadsheets, and presentations with a common structure for purpose, evidence, assumptions, and decisions.

The system includes calculation checks, consistent formatting, rendered reviews, and editable handoffs. It makes the quality of the underlying work easier to inspect.

04 / Principal finance experience

Financial operations,
clearly explained.

Nuru Jangbu Sherpa brings finance, accounting, and operations experience in professional services.

That experience informs MSA’s work in reconciliation, cost allocation, management reporting, and organized financial records. Deliverables can include reviewable workpapers, reporting packages, and explained variances.

Individual professional experience. MSA provides non-attest services and is not a licensed CPA firm.
