Background
Nuru leads MSA's finance and accounting practice. He has finance, accounting, and
operations experience at Fenwick & West LLP, an Am Law 100 law firm, where the
work runs through billing, cost allocation, expense review, and month-end reporting
in an environment where every figure is subject to client and partner scrutiny.
He studies at the University of Washington Foster School of Business, where he has
been named to the Dean's List and holds the Foster Excel certification. He is an AP
Scholar with Distinction. His work centers on the client problem MSA was built
around: organizations whose books are technically maintained but practically
unusable — reconciled without being explained, complete without being analyzed.

Role at MSA
Within the firm he owns bookkeeping and accounting operations, financial reporting
and analysis, reconciliation standards, and the internal controls governing how MSA
handles client financial records. He sets the documentation standard every
engagement is delivered against.
Outside the firm
He holds First Class Honours at Level 9 piano from The Royal Conservatory of Music
— a decade of the same deliberate, repetitive practice that reconciliation work
rewards. He has self-funded his tuition from the first quarter, commuting two hours a
day to attend classes.
